工作职责： 1. 细胞培养。 2. 按照公司实验标准步骤使用手动和自动膜片钳系统进行电生理测试。按照公司的规则和客户的要求及时提供高质量的测试结果。 3. 及时根据公司和客户要求分析数据并写出实验报告。 4. 可能性的DNA克隆，稳定细胞株的建立等分子生物学工作。 5. 实验室的一般运行维护工作。其它根据公司要求所需要的工作。 职位要求： 1. 学士学位，3-4年的相关工作经验。硕士学位，有1年以上工作经验。 2. 有电生理经验者优先。 3. 英文六级以上尤佳。 4. 注重细节, 有较强的时间观念。 Responsibility included but not limited to: 1. Maintain and prepare cell culture. 2. Perform electrophysiology study with conventional and automated patch clamp using standardized protocol; 3. Generate high quality data in a timely fashion 4. Analyze data and write reports (in English) according to company guidelines and client’s requests and deadlines. 5. Possible DNA cloning, stable cell line generation work. 6. General lab maintenance and tther assigned work based on company needs. Requirements: 1. B.S. with 3-4 years, or M.S. with over 1 year of working experience in the related fields. 2. Industry experience in electrophysiology preferred, including whole cell patch and/or brain slice recording 3. Detail-oriented. |
