[交流] when you are 30ages，how can you improve your English

i am tired of working in Japanese company for 5 years ,and  next time i want to work in a  Euorpean company ，for a better job，better salary。. and no doublt english is a vital role for get this job, Dear everybody, how can i improve the oral english.

these years i try some times for learning english but without good result.for example,watching english movies,drama.or listening english broadcast such as  bbs
maybe the key reasion is i can not persist to do it . good wish but without strong will.
