论文投稿后给了编号with editor，但是编辑又发了一份邮件，是什么意思？

邮件如下： Since enormous numbers of manuscripts are received than we can accept to publish in the limited available space, a selection process of editorial assessment has to be introduced. In the course of this an article is evaluated whether it falls into the scope of our Journal, whether it is likely to attract the attention of a wider readership, and whether its scientific quality is very high. I am very sorry to have to disappoint you and thank you for your understanding, but this fast reaction will help you to submit your manuscript as early as possible to a more suitable or specialized journal. 难道又拒了？ |
