有关半导体的词汇：countercharges

由于要翻译文献，遇到了不懂的词汇，查了好多也没查到，请教大牛该怎么解释呢，原文是这么说的： The countercharges in the semiconductor (electrons, holes, or ionized donor and acceptor states) are not only located at the interface, as in a metal, but are also distributed over a finite distance below the surface. 就是其中的countercharges 不知道是什么意思，起先觉得是载流子，但是一想载流子是carrier，就不知道该怎么解释了······烦请大牛解惑······谢谢！ |
