Further remarks: The referee stated many important objections against the manuscript. In addition, the topic is very specialized, presentation of results is not high, the text is too long in comparison with results obtained and the manuscript does not follow “Notice to Contributors”. Therefore the paper cannot be accepted in the present form. Before publication it is necessary: 1) to revise the paper according to all suggestions of the referees; 2) to improve quality of figures considerably; 3) to rewrite and shorten the text to be more clear and coherent; 4) to correct language by native English speaker familiar with the topic. Please follow strictly “Notice to Contributors” and consult recent issues of the journal. |
