求助各位大侠：
有关于JOURNAL OF EPIDEMIOLOGY AND COMMUNITY HEALTH 的投稿，可算是难倒我了，主要问题如下：
1. Cover letter 要求写出Details of related papers published or submitted for publication. • Copies of related papers should be submitted as “Supplementary files not for review” to help the Editor decide how to handle the matter. 难道需要把相关的研究细节都要写在Coverletter里面么？相关的文章要作为附件上传？？这里面是指的所有相关的研究还是指本学科组的本人群的研究呢？不懂啊。。。
2. Patient Form Consent和Conflicts of Interest Form两个表格是否必须上传？
3. 这个杂志特别要求写出的What is already known on this subject和What this study adds，上传文章的时候，他们是放在正文里面还是怎么办呢？我看不到明确的指示。。。
总之一头雾水啊！！
