我试着翻译了一段话,请大侠帮忙看看有什么问题,请各位不吝赐教!!先谢了!

随着机械活化时间的延长,反应产物包含的中间相Ti2N和未反应Ti粉的含量减少,生成Ti(C1-x,Nx)固溶体的晶格常数逐渐变大,X值则相应变小,固溶体中的含氮量降低。机械驱动及弧光放电辅助下生成的Ti(C1-x,Nx)固溶体的X值的范围是0.012~0.92。

我的版本:
Ti(C,N) powders had been synthesized by mechanical alloying and subsequent arc discharging from the mixture of pure titanium and graphite in nitrogen atmosphere. The phase composition, lattice parameter and carbon nitrogen ratio of mixture milled for different times were analyzed by using X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that with mechanical activation time prolonging, the content of interphase Ti2N and unreacted Ti powder reduced. The lattice parameter of Ti(C1-x, Nx) increasd and X value became smeller indicated the nitregon content in solid solution decreased. Under experimental condition in this paper, X value was in the range of 0.012 to 0.92.

The results showed that with the prolonging of  mechanical activation time,both  the content of interphase Ti2N and unreacted Ti powder reduced, the lattice parameter of Ti(C1-x, Nx) increasd while X value reduced in accordingly, and the nitrogen content in solid solution decreased. Under our experimental condition, X value of the solid solution was within the range of 0.012 to 0.92.
