Application Researcher -Oil and Fat 油脂方向
Location: Jinan, Shandong province
•Projects & Technology
1,Independently plan, carry out and report laboratory studies as part of project plans and in agreement with the manager
2,Strive towards excellence in personal specialty fields
3,Stay updated on relevant technologies and scientific developments
•Project Leadership
1,Take on project leader (PL) responsibilities for discovery and development projects when appointed. (PL-responsibilities are defined in ProMan-System)
2,As PL prepare plans for coordination and progress of a project within all parts of I&T, R&D and CS
•Supervision
1,Provide guidance and information to Research Associates to secure fast, efficient and prioritised solving of tasks;
2,Secure a challenging and developing working environment for Research Associates Develop and adapt new methods and procedures based on up-to-date knowledge
3,Manager and develop the competences of the Research Associates according to NZ Touch and leadership principles
•Organizational Development
1,Contribute to the development of department strategies
•Collaboration and Communication
1,Represent Novozymes towards customers and other stakeholders on technical and/or project issues
2,Establish and maintain a network with selected or potential universities and customers
•Reporting
The Application Researchers reports to I&TM of NZ SD IBC.
•Qualifications
1,M.Sc. degree with 3 years of work experience or Ph.D in oil&fats, grain processing, chemistry, chemical engineering or relevant fields
2,Work experience and personal network in grain/vegetable processing and protein utilization is preferred.
3.Work experience in enzyme application in above fields is preferred.
4,Customer oriented focus with good technical understanding
5,Strong communication and networking skills
6,Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English
