The project goal is to carrying out research on functional foods and food safety. The selected candidate will work together with a team comprising experts in food chemist, food biologist, and food processing engineers to advance new knowledge on functional foods. Requirement: The candidate shall recently obtain PhD in food science and technology with substantial experience in food processing technology and biotechnology with strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in SCI journals. In addition the candidate shall demonstrate strong skills in technical writing (in both English and Chinese) for research papers and grant proposal. Recruitment package: 2 years initial contract; We offer competitive salary package that will commensurate with the candidate’s experience and track record. Position is immediately available.
