“Sweetheart in your childhood” refers to the young men and young women playing together light-heartedly. Their age refers to the innocent childhood. The great poet Li Bai of Tang Dynasty, described a woman who missed her husband very much and trudged several hundreds li from where she lived and went to meet him in Changfengsha in the poem of five-characters---“Changgan Travel”. At the beginning of the poem, he recalled the fun they were having “the lad came riding a bamboo horse, going around the bed playing with the lass; it is beyond suspicion for them since they once lived together in Changganli.” Bamboo horse means considering bamboo pole as the horse; the green plum denotes the cyan plum.
