求点拨 这段访学健康保险的要求是什么意思？

如题，学校发的保险合同，求各位帮忙，这保险要求是什么？在哪里买保险符合这个要求？还是学校提供保险？ Minimum medical coverage shall provide (in U.S. Dollars): A) Medical benefits of at least $50,000 per accident or illness; B) Repatriation of remains in the amount of $7,500; C) Expenses associated with medical evacuation to home country in the amount of $10,000; D) A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness; –An insurance policy secured to fulfill these requirements may include provisions for co-insurance of up to 25% of covered benefits; –An insurance policy secured to fulfill these requirements must: 1) Be underwritten by an insurance corporation having at least the following ratings by one of the main industry rating services: A.M. Best “A-”, Standard & Poors “A-”, Insurance Solvency International “A-”, Weiss Research Inc. “B+”; or 2) Be backed by the full faith and credit of the Exchange Visitors home government; or 3) Be part of a health benefits program offered on a group basis to employees or enrolled students by Columbia University; or 4) Be offered through or underwritten by a federally qualified Health Maintenance Organization or eligible Competitive Plan, determined by the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. |

首先你的保险应该是英文形式的 A.每次伤害或疾病不少于50,000美元的医疗补偿 B.赔偿至少7,500美元的遗体返国安葬费用 C.严重的疾病或外伤，必须遵医嘱返回本国，保险单必须支付最多10,000美元作为车旅费 D.每次伤害或疾病的免赔额不能超过500美元 共同保险要低于25%，最后是保险公司等级要求“A-”级及以上，还有好几条，符合一条就行‘ 你们学校要求还比我们多两条，要是学校保险太贵 你就买便宜点的校外的吧，我和孩子买的这个学者保险，一个月60刀，比我们学校便宜很多，供参考 http://www.dianins.com/plan/patriotEP.asp |
