| 现有临床研究证据显示,和常规治疗相比,加用ω-3脂肪酸能明显改善急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者PaO2/FiO2，缩短机械通气时间，降低APACHEII评分值，降低CRP、TNF-α及IL-6等炎症因子，无明显不良反应，同时肠外使用ω-3 PUFA能降低ALI/ARDS 28天死亡率，并改善营养状况。但因研究质量及研究样本局限性,存在一定偏倚风险,影响评价结果证据的强度,期待更多高质量、大规模的临床随机对照研究加以验证. |

A new clinical study shows adding Omega-3 fatty acids to traditional ARDS treament may help improve patient PaO2/FiO2, reduce APACHEII score as well as CRP, TNF- and IL-6 inflammation factors. Not only is there no clear adverse reaction*, use of Omega-3 PUFA outside the intestinal track can improve nutrition while also lengthen an ALI/ARDS patient's life expectancy beyond the usual 28 days (after initial diagnosis)**.
