Nuclear engineering anddesign修回decision in process 33天了 已有3人参与

投到Nuclear engineering anddesign的一篇文章，6月21修回，7月7日decision in process，到现在已经 33天了，还是decision in process。前几天在系统里发信问了一ix下，答复如下： Dear Dr. C Thank you for contacting us.
