[求助] 拉曼光谱可以定性检测氧含量吗？

做了一个Ni-Ce-Zr-O体系的催化剂投稿，审稿人意见如下：In addition, the analysis of XRD (and Raman) may be improved, particularly to render information on the Ce-containing phases. It would be nice it Rietveld or similar analysis of XRD patterns can provide information about the cell parameters (e.g. Ce/Zr ratio as well as Ni incorporation) and O content of the fluorite-type phase before/after reaction. Raman (as well as other techniques like XANES) may also help in analyzing both parameters (particularly the second in the case Raman) and interpret the state and role of the fluorite phase in the reaction. 请问这是什么意思，Raman可以定性分析O含量吗?请各位大侠帮忙。
