[交流] what are you doing at you spare time?

when i was at school, i spent most of my spare time in the Lab's office, watching moives, surfing the internet, reading books about history, literature, celebrities' biographies, i have an appetite for knowledge, i feel satisified.
       but when i was work, at the begining, i spend most of my spare time to learn some knowledge which is related to my work. gradually, i find there maybe something wrong with my previous lifestyle. sometime, i was thinking, the world is so big and there are lots of people around of us, but why we always contacted with only few of them, and the people we touch are always do the same thing and have common mind. why can not we touch some other people, make more friends, it may bring us a new view of the world. and that is why i become more and more actively.
       I am no longer young anymore, but everytime when i watch the TVplay《qia tongxue shao nian》, it seems that my enthusiasm has been highly agitated. so love your life, face life positively, optimistically, no matter which situation you encounter.

I devise 2 ways to improve my oral English ,first ,recite more English articles such as those in new concept english 3 or 4 .Anyway ,I should roughly know how to express myself before speaking .Second ,practise makes perfect ,I usually go to english corners(off line or on line) to chat with other people .Don't be shy ,you have to pay sth before you get sth and the biggest enemy is yourself .When you have conquered your own weakness such as shyness or laziness ,you can then conquer English and many other things .

in my spare time, i prefer to read. that will help to calm myself down, and get rid of some anxiety a lot. excercising is also very important!

love your life, face life positively, optimistically, no matter which situation you encounter.

I like watching TV, reading novel, playing badminton, swimming, hanging out with my friends etc. ;-)

I do agree with you that we need to touch some other people, make more friends, it may bring us a new view of the world.
