【求鉴定】大学老师英国访问学者邀请函，这样的邀请函可能被拒签吗？ 已有1人参与

各位大侠帮忙鉴定我的英方学校邀请函是否合格？谢谢 Academic Visitor – Dr *** I am writing this letter to invite Dr *** (birthday: Dec 13th, 1981) of Department of Electronic Engineering, *** University of Technology, China, as an academic visitor to the Aston Institute of Photonic Technologies (AIPT), School of Engineering & Applied Science at the University of Aston, Birmingham, UK, for 12 months, from Oct 2013 to Sept 2014. Dr ** will carry out collaborative research project in the field of advanced UV inscription of fibre gratings and applications in optical sensing and laser systems at AIPT. He will be granted the access to our fabrication, characterisation and test equipment and laboratories. I will see his academic visit is the first important step to establish long-term collaboration between the two research groups at Aston University and Chongqing University of Technology. We estimate living expenses close to Aston University in Birmingham to amount of ~£900 per month, and the cost of return travel between China and Birmingham UK to be around £1000. In addition, Dr Luo may pay £1000 bench fee to Aston University. The total costs, then, will be £12800 (GB pounds), which I understand will be covered by China Scholarship Council and Dr *** will not be employed by or receive a salary from the University of Aston.
