看了 挺开心的，版面费也交了，版权协议也签了；
后来又收到消息说：Springer editors have found the English language
of your paper inadequate,
and therefore the paper cannot be published 。
现在只叫郁闷啊

怎么杂志接收了，出版社还要审稿吗？
