It is believed that the effect of surface would reduce by the increase of the CoFeB thickness, and in the mean time, the crystallization degree of 5 nm CoFeB layers have been improved significantly.

We’ve found that with thickness increasing of the CoFeB, the effects of interface will be reduced, the degree of crystallization for 5nm CoFeB layers have improved remarkably. 希望可以帮忙,谢谢,供参考
