[求助] 弱背景求问申请阿德莱德大学博士难度如何啊？

鄙人背景很弱，非211本科，现在一985读硕士，学的是控制类，跟老板在做振动控制方面的东西。想出去看看，这几天灾网上搜罗发现，澳洲的阿德莱德大学机械系在振动控制方面做得比较不错。想咨询下各位前辈，这个学校像我这样的背景好申请吗？有奖学金吗？特别是这个实验室。

Dear Colleagues,

As a HDR coordinator, I have assessed approximately 50-60 applications for PhD admission and scholarships in 2012. AGC might have given an offer for PhD admission for over 30 candidates in our school. Eventually, only a few of them could be considered for scholarships. You might have received a number of enquires for PhD studies and scholarships this year. The reality is many of applicants will not be able to get scholarships, if they don’t have at least one even two very good journal papers published. Could I suggest you to take a bit of your time to have a preliminary evaluation of the students’ education background and research expertise/achievements before you would agree to support the student’s application as a principal supervisor. I would suggest to not support an applicant, if you think he/she would have no chance to gain scholarships at UoA and or get financial support from their government or family. Instead, we would need to pay more attention on the good candidates, and give supportive guidelines for their applications.
