Power Electronics R&D Expert Company with more than 150 years' history Leading player in the industry Clear career path with attractive package Our client is an US based company with more than 150 years' history. The company is committed to the development and production of high quality materials. The factory in Suzhou has been set up at 2002 and they have 4 business units in Suzhou with 4 plant. Our client has transferred mass production line from USA and Belgium to China. To support business growth and development in the Busbar unit, they are establishing R&D centre in Suzhou. You will be the first person in the department and will establish your group with us together gradually. You will report to Operations and R&D director Asia. For this role, you will focus on new product/material/process researching, developing and transferring to mass production; Initiate new developing project and testing plan. Support Asia sales, marketing and application engineering team. Set up R&D centre and take over all testing instrument from operation and quality team. To be succeeded, you will have minimum 3 years experience in R&D or design job of high power converter/inverter system or components; rich experience on power electronic system design. Also you'd better have excellent communication and English skills. Master Degreed is a must, PHD is preferred.
