半纤维素组分的特征吸收峰为1735 cm-1,这一吸收峰反映了半纤维素中乙酰基团C=O的变化。生物质和第一次处理生物质都有吸收峰,说明都有半纤维素的存在,但是第二次生物质的吸收峰不明显,表明了酸对半纤维素的去除作用。1429 cm-1 代表CH2 在结晶纤维素中的剪切振动,897 cm-1吸收峰反映了纤维素弯曲振动吸收峰,经过预处理后,这两个峰的吸收强度都有所增强,说明了纤维素含量的增加;其比值为OKI红外结晶指数,计算结果表明第一次预处理后组分中纤维素结晶区的变化,由处理前的0.36 降为0.30,基本没有变化,而经过第二次预处理后其比值为0.1,与XRD 结晶指数的变化相吻合,虽然结晶度并没有显著降低,主要原因是纤维素总量的增加,所以非结晶区明显增加。

The absorption peak of hemicellulose is at 1735 cm-1, and this peak indicated the change of C=O group in hemicellulose. Both the raw biomaterial and the biomaterial obtained after the 1st pre-treatment had this peak, which pointed out the existence of hemicellulose. Whereas the peak after the 2nd pre-treatment was not obvious, which could be the effect that acid had removed the hemicellulose from the system. The absorption peak at 1429 cm-1 corresponds to the shearing vibration of CH2 in the crystallised cellulose, and peak at 897 cm-1 corresponds to the bending vibration of cellulose. After the pre-treatments, these two peaks were both enhanced, which indicated the increase in concentration of cellulose; and the ratio of this two strengths is OKI, infrared crystallographic index (这个翻得有问题,找找专业词汇),its value could reflect the variation of crystallised zone in cellulose. After the 1st pre-treatment, this value decreased from 0.36 to 0.30, barely changed, but after the 2nd pre-treatment, it dropped directly to 0.1, which coincided well with the XRD results. It could be brought by the total amount of cellulose was increased, so even the crystallinity did not changed much, the quantity of non-crystallised zone raised.
