意见如下： The assays lack sufficient controls. There are no positive controls in any of the assays. Although all assays appropriately included non-treated negative controls, perhaps a better additional negative control would be nano-particles not thought to be toxic such as from a different metal. 小虫是做金属细胞毒性的，在实验中 我分别设计了实验组（细胞加入浓度梯度的金属），对照组（无金属染毒细胞），空白组（无细胞，有金属）。编辑还要的这个阳性对照是指什么？ 求帮助？ |

chem 你好： 能帮我看下这条建议么？ 很棘手啊 Figure 2: The images displayed in figure 2 were striking; however no information was given as to the reproducibility of this observable event. Is this a representative image of an experiment conducted on several occasions? Fig 2 主要是我放上去的细胞光学图片，原本应该是有16张的，可是考虑篇幅 我就选择了一个对照的4张图片 也就是1/4. 那么审稿人的这段话在质疑什么？ 你能帮我解释下 我现在有点卡在这里了 |
