I am inclined to say that the presentation gene expression data should adhere to MIAME standards, but I do not know to what extent that is feasible. I would appreciate your comment on the MIAME requirements regarding number of independent observations and statistical treatment of data. We also require that gene expression data should be made publicly available (e.g. in Geo) before publication. Please comment on this. MIAME standards怎么做啊？ |
