请教投稿关于elsevier版权

第一次投稿，不知道是否要回信，关于CC，CC-NC-SA，CC-NC-ND，回复完需要交钱吗？请大侠帮助。原文如下： Dear Dr. XXX, Re: User license details needed to publish your manuscript Open Access Your submission was recently accepted for publication.
