第一次投稿，不知道是否要回信，关于CC，CC-NC-SA，CC-NC-ND，回复完需要交钱吗？请大侠帮助。原文如下：

Your submission was recently accepted for publication. At article submission you indicated your intent to publish Open Access, so we would now like to invite you to select a Creative Commons (CC) user license under which your article will be published.
