投IECR，无法提交Journal of Publishing Agreement

Click on either the "Submitted Manuscripts" or the "Forms Awaiting Completion" queue and then click on the "Complete Journal Publishing Agreement" link. 投稿状态是 0 Invited Manuscripts Awaiting Submission 0 Incomplete Manuscript Submissions 0 Unsubmitted Manuscripts 1 Submitted to Editorial Office 0 Forms Awaiting Completion 0 Revisions and Resubmissions Requested by Editorial Office 邮件里说的在投稿系统里面点击“Forms Awaiting Completion” 根本点不了，好多天了状态也没更新，我已经把扫描的Agreement以email直接发给编辑了，但是又来了上面那封一模一样的让提交Agreement的邮件，请问虫友有没有遇到这种情况的，该如何解决？上传时图片可以上传吗？ |
