Elsevier这个license怎么弄啊 已有4人参与

是不是我要下载他们的PDF文件，填写以后打印出来发扫描件给对方，好麻烦啊。关键是它提供给我的地址也打不开。 大家有没有碰到类似问题，具体是如何操作的？ Your submission was recently accepted for publication.
