| 本人于1993年7月毕业于青岛海洋大学后，一直在广西华锡集团金属材料分公司工作，主要从事有色金属锡、铟、锑等金属的研发、设计和生产管理工作，先后担任过技术员、车间主任和支部书记等工作，2004年以后，任公司的副总经理兼总工程师。个人职称是高级工程师，并于2007年取得了注册化工工程师的执业资质。20年来，为华锡的有色金属深加工产品从无到有，并不断发展壮大做了大量工作。 |

| I have been working in Guangxi China Tin Group Metal Materials Branch since I graduated in Qingdao Ocean University in July 1993. I mainly engaged in the development, design and production management of non-ferrous metal, eg., tin, indium, antimony and other metals， and has worked as technician, workshop director and branch secretary, etc.. Since 2004, I has been served as the company's deputy general manager and chief engineer. At present， My individual title is senior engineer. In 2007, the registered chemical engineer's professional qualifications was achieved. Establishing, growing and developing the non-ferrous metal processing products in China Tin Group from scratch, I have done a lot of work in this 20 years. |
