| 结合这些已有的研究结果，我们认为全脑缺血再灌注大鼠皮层PGI2和TXA2的变化主要体现了神经元内源性PGI2和TXA2 改变，PGI2作用于其神经元相应受体而参与全脑缺血再灌注脑损伤的调节，而非作用于脑血管内皮、调节脑血流所致，但这还有待进一步的实验研究加以证实。 |

| Combined with these previous research results, we believes that the changes of global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats cortical PGI2 and TXA2 is mainly reflected changes in neuronal changes in endogenous PGI2 and TXA2, PGI2 acting on its corresponding receptor of neurons and then involved in adjustment of global brain ischemia-reperfusion injury of brain, rather than acting on the cerebral vascular blood vessel, adjusting cerebral blood flow.
