[求助] xrd中的问题求助。。。。求大神解释

X-ray diffraction studies using CuK radiation with Ni filter confirmed the single-phase spinel structure for all the samples.
上面是一篇文献给的这个地方是不是给错了(with Ni filter ),应该把filter改成ferrite?
另外一个问题是测xrd有步长是0.02和0.05的有什么不同,越详细越好,谢谢!

The K-absorption-edge (K-to-continuum threshold) for nickel is at 1.488 Angstrom. As a result, nickel absorbs Cu Kb radiation much more strongly than it absorbs Cu Ka radiation. A Ni foil filter is often used to attenuate Cu Kb radiation, and is included in our tube housing.  You will still see double peaks due to Ka1 and Ka2   at least at large scattering angles.

when running continuous scans, the step size needs to be chosen according to the peak FWHM for effective peak position determination-- but keep in mind that step size impacts net intensity.
