急！！！请大家帮忙看看编辑发给我的这封邮件是什么意思

Dear Mr. ***/Reader of *** As Editors-in-Chief of *** it is a pleasure to contact you as an author, referee or reader of our journal. Recently the journal has undergone a number of changes, while at the same time expanding rapidly from a volume of 2100 pages five years ago to a projected volume of over 4000 pages in 2013. To meet this increased editorial demand we have welcomed a number of new Associate Editors onto the editorial staff, Profs.*** and *** joining in March 2013, to complement the existing nine colleagues. In order to keep publication times acceptable, we have moved to Consecutive Article Publishing, meaning that all articles finished at the production stage are immediately published in the next monthly issue. While maintaining our structured series of review articles, providing assessments of advances, as well as projected developments in key areas of experimental fluid mechanics, we have also introduced Letters. Letters have a shorter publication time and provide an opportunity to rapidly disseminate novel results expected to have an immediate impact in the *** community. Also new is our series of 'Topical Collections', in which a number of articles focus on a particular area of *** and are easily accessible through a common web-link from our Springer.com home page. It is therefore with pleasure that we invite you to take advantage of these improvements to our journal and to thank you in advance for your continued support.
