求助一小段翻译,生物质预处理方向

| 每一次的预处理都对秸秆的化学成份有显著性的影响( P<0.05).在每一次的预处理过程中,纤维素的回收率都非常高,导致纤维素含量会显著性的提高,但是半纤维素和木质素的去除率有非常大的差别.第一次NaOH预处理去除了57.69%的木质素,但是半纤维素的含量提高了17.90%,同时纤维素的含量提高了78.47%,说明在此预处理条件下NaOH可以显著性的去除木质素,而去除少量的半纤维素.由于在酸性条件下秸秆去除了更多的半纤维素,所以纤维素和木质素的含量都显著性的提高.但是发现这样的试验设计对半纤维素含量的降低是有限的,同时相比于对酶解有显著性影响的木质素含量的提高,纤维素的含量再次提高了5.78%. |

A inherent effect on the chemical composition (P<0.05) of straw was found after each pre-treatment. During all the pre-treatments, the recovery ratio of cellulose were very high, leading to the obvious increase of the cellulose concentration, but the differences of remove ratio for the hemicellulose and lignin of these pre-treatments were considerably significant. The first pre-treatment of NaOH removed 57.69% of lignin, but increased the concentration of hemicellulose by 17.90%, along with the cellulose concentration raised 78.47%. These facts indicates that under this pre-treatment, NaOH could effectively remove the lignin, and reducing a small quantity of hemicellulose. Under the acidic condition, more hemicellulose were removed, therefore causing a evident augmentation in concentration of both cellulose and lignin. However, this kind of experimental design is also limited, the concentration of cellulose enhanced yet 5.78%, when comparing to the increasing of lignin, who has a principle effect on enzymatic hydrolysis. |
