大家帮忙看看electrochemistry communications拒稿意见

如题，第一次投通讯，大家帮忙看看意见，怎么做出针对性修改，想重投一次。。 As announced in issue 2 of 2000 we now review ALL manuscripts in respect of the need for URGENT publication before inviting referees' comments. We expect that less than 50% of submitted papers will pass that initial screening. I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met. I regret that we are unable to accept your paper for publication in Electrochemistry Communications. |

呵呵，2楼翻译有误，As announced in issue 2 of 2000，是指自2000年第2期以来。Electrochemistry Communications是1999年创刊的。 和RSC期刊一样，现在很多Elsevier期刊都有Intial Assessment这一步骤。在送审前责任编辑对你的文章进行初审，大约3-7天时间，如果不行，连under review都没有。Electrochemistry Communications是电化学里老大，建议楼主试试Electrochimica Acta ，2012年度IF 3.777。 |
