[交流] PhD scholarship at INRS, Canada; expected to start soon

Ph.D Positions in Canada: currently available in the Group of Advanced Nanomaterials and Applications (http://www.inrs.ca/dongling-ma?f=publications) at INRS, University of Quebec, Canada. Potential candidates are expected to have experience in Surface Chemistry and Colloidal Chemistry, in particular: nanoparticles synthesis using a wet-chemical approach, their surface functionalization and their characterization using XPS, XRD, SEM and so on. The knowledge on biomolecules is an asset. The candidate should have a M. Sc. degree in CHEMISTRY or related fields. The successful candidate should also be highly motivated. The abilities to initiate independent research as well as to work in a team setting are important.
TOEFL and GRE are not required. But the candidates are expected to have at least basic English communication skills and good English writing skills.
