外方说CSC给的钱不够，不能用自己的银行证明，让学校开，我们学校不肯开，怎么办？

| 或资助后，把证明扫描给外导，满以为DS2019马上就会发过来，今天收到来信说这个问题，我们学校且不说放假，以前问过，说学校绝对不会开的。CSC最多给1800，一年就20000$， 美国学校一般都要求最低3万一年，这个问题应该很普遍，大家怎么解决的？ |

| 是的，之前我也说用自己的银行证明开，外导说：...The $1700-1800 per month is lower than the amount **** requires. You indicated that you would be willing to supplement it with your personal funds. However for a visiting scientist, ***** will not recognize personal funds. You may consider making an arrangement with your work unit for the unit to cover the differences. After we receive the document and your updated CV then we can proceed with the DS2019 form application |
