等了十三个月，等来这样一个结果，真是心有不甘啊，唉。。。。。。 已有5人参与

去年六月份左右投的稿，今天刚刚有结果了，现将主编的拒稿信附在下面： I must apologise again that it has taken so long to provide you with a definite response to your submission. I have still only received one referee's report, which I sent to you previously and attach again below. One should not deduce too much from silence but it is often the case that referees' lack of response belies a lack of enthusiasm for the work. I feel now that there is little point in waiting longer for an additional report to come in and given the strongly negative report of referee 1 I regret to say that I have decided not to consider your paper further for publication in the Journal of Fluid Mechanics. I hope that you might find some of the references indicated by that referee of interest to you as you continue your research. With best wishes.
