Do you have a long career plan?

when we find our first job after graduated from school, what we foucsed the most are a big and reputable company, with a lot of training opportunities, which can make our work ability increased rapidly, the salary may not the most important point we concern. but when we worked for three years or much longer, we may find that we grow up slower and sometimes we may find the job now is boring, we begin to think what we really want and where we want to go? Most people will try to seek another job to make their salary highly increased. in mosrt cases, find a new job means get well-payed, but if we only concern about well-payed regardless of our development, finally we may find the space for personal development will become smaller and smaller. For our working life opportunity is very important, but how can we catch the right opportunity when it comes? i think a long career plan is very important, only when you know what you really want and make a good preparations for it that we can recognize the right opportunity and catch it. I am not a person who really konws what is i really want. Also i am a supervisor now but i still donnot know where is my next station? |
