i need positive energy

sometimes i get depressed,
the feelings may come from my failure,
the feelings may come from my lonely
the feelings may come from some losses
the feelings may come from something unknown
long time ago, i not treat myself good when the feelings come.
i drink,eat and play. all this try to make myself better,but worse more.
then, today i know what i need is your positive energy
