愁死！！！！薄厚程序让交这么一个东东！！！！！！！！！！！

申请日本薄厚。 说是秘书给回信，结果等了半个月也没信，前两天忍不住发了一封信催了催，一直是助教给我联系的，今天收到了他的回信。不过他信里说让提交一个： send a graduation letter which is a kind of certification of your future graduation (this December). （具体信件见下面） 今天打电话给学校研究生办公室问了问，他们说没有开过这种证明，只是开过在读证明。 请问各位前辈，这个graduation letter是个啥东西？ 能不能自己写了让学院盖章，比如： XX，博士在读，从事XX研究，拟与2013年11月参加博士答辩，特此证明。 （本人签字）（导师签字）（学院章） 愁！！！！！ 具体信件： Dear Mr. XX, Thank you for your mail. I am sorry make you anxious because I did not tell you when we would contact youfor the application process. I heard from our secretary that she was not hurry because there was enough time until you would join us. But, I also heard from her that she would request you to send a graduation letter which is a kind of certification of your future graduation (this December). It would be good if you prepare the document in advance. I could not talk with her recently because I had been in a business trip. Anyway, I came back to our lab today and I will talk again with our secretary and tell her to make contact you. She seems to be busy this week. So I think she will contact you next week or so.
