The new PubReader

Pubmed has released its new Reader. But it has given me lots of trouble since I carelessly clicked the “PubReader” icon. I am running Windows 8 (not the Professional version) on my laptop, and I always use Chrome as the default Internet Explorer. Now whenever I try to open free articles in PMC, I will experience the following after-effects: every icon in the PMC navigation is dead, and the PubReader seems to be impossible to turn off. Jesus Christ! Finally, I found a solution to this problem, clearing all browsing history from Google Chrome. Now I can see the classic PMC articles view again! What a delightful day today!  )) |

oh, finally you handled it . but i have a problem here,and i still don't know why. i use chrome too, but i find it's uneasy to buy things though Cyber bank. is someone here could tell me why? by the way, i don't want to use 360. |

I suggest you to use Windows IE when doing online transactions. Previously I had the similar problem as yours when dealing with online payment using Chrome. Then I use IE instead, and everything goes well ever since. If you find some pages that can not be opened in Chrome, just give IE a try. |
