ISI Web of Knowledge 提供了一个高引频著者网站http://isihighlycited.com。 该网站收集了世界上被引用最多和最有影响力的科学家的研究成果和个人信息，是了解某个研究领域核心人物的最快捷途径，ISI不仅有科学家的列表，并且提供了科学家详细的信息，包括科学家的履历、研究方向、已发表出版的论文、图书等，特别提供了个人主页，为您随时了解其研究动态提供了方便。

    另外介绍一下ISI，首先从大家熟知的ＳＣＩ说起。《科学引文索引》（Science Citation Index,简称SCI,网址：http://www.isinet.com）是由美国费城科学信息研究所（Institute For Scientific Information，简称ISI）于 1963 年创建的科学引文索引数据库，是目前国际上公认的最具权威的科技文献检索工具之一。
　　ISI通过其严格的选刊标准和评估程序挑选刊源，每年略有增减，从而做到SCI收录的文献能全面覆盖全世界最重要和最有影响力的研究成果。其所收记录包括论文与引文，其引文记录所涉及的范围十分广泛，包括书籍、期刊论文、会议论文、专利和其他各种类型的文献。所涵盖的学科超过100个，主要涉及以下领域：农业、生物及环境科学；工程技术及应用科学；医学与生命科学；物理学及化学；行为科学。因此，SCI是一种为国际公认、并被广泛使用的科学引文索引数据库和科技文献检索工具，被SCI收录的学术论文被我们称做“SCI论文”。
