怎么办，下面是拒稿信 Dear I have examined your manuscript which was submitted for publication in Materials Science & Engineering A, and I do not believe that MSE A is the appropriate journal for this paper. This decision is not intended to reflect on the merits of your work; however, the focus of the present submission falls outside of the journal's current scope: Materials Science & Engineering A provides an international medium for the publication of theoretical and experimental studies related to the load-bearing capacity of materials as influenced by their basic properties, processing history, microstructure and operating environment. Appropriate submissions to Materials Science & Engineering A should include scientific and/or engineering factors which affect the microstructure - strength relationships of materials and report the changes to mechanical behavior. Your paper does not present a scientific study on the correlation between strength properties and their relation to microstructure, but rather gives a curve fitting analysis of flow curves to well established phenomenological relationships. Even though these equations might not have been tried out for the material studied in your work, the analysis does not bring new scientific insights. The results may be of interest to practioners, hence you should submit your work to a journal addressing this readership. Yours sincerely, Prof. Ewald A.
