关于proof 表格中有参考文献的引用顺序问题

小妹投稿Applied Spectroscopy Reviews ，表格是放在论文中的，但是proof时，编辑发了如下内容： References must be listed in the order that they are cited within the text. On p. 11 of your article proof, the references begin to be cited out of order. Please correct this and provide me with clear instructions on how references should be renumbered. (Please note that the references must be numbered in the order in which they appear in the text of the article itself, this does not include tables/figures.) 请教高人：1.表格出现在文章中，表格都是放在最后么？ 2.表格中有参考文献，那应该如何编号呢？是先把文章中的编号完毕，再编号表格中？还是按照表格出现的位置，连续的编号呢？ 多谢！在线等！ |
