Technical Check了7个星期了是什么情况？（有后续，感觉被黑了） 已有2人参与

投了一篇到MLBLUE，这本期刊应该是处理速度相当快的 5月15号初投，21号技术审查要改几个小地方，当天返回去之后一直到现在还停留在technical check in progress 每两个星期发信去催一次，都说你放心，我们在处理你的稿子 这是怎么回事？可以新开一个submission重新吗？ 7.16更新： 直接信件主编，3小时后文章变成With editor, 不料6小时后直接被拒： 拒信说： Dear XXX, After careful review, I regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your above noted manuscript for publication in XXX. I have attached the comments of the reviewers in order for you to understand the basis for the final decision. However, I do feel that your manuscript may be considered for publication in Results in Physics, Elsevier's new online only, open access journal. This journal provides you with an open access fast publication option. If you would like to pursue this option, please respond to this email. For further information about Results in Physics, please visit: http://www.journals.elsevier.com/results-in-physics Yours sincerely, XXX Editor 拒信里面根本就没有审稿意见，于是我回复了一封问你再check一下？ 结果收到一封很简短的回复： Dear Dr. Chen, I recommend you re-submit your paper to Results in Physics. 啊哈，原来这就是审稿意见啊。 [ Last edited by alexchenzhuo on 2013-7-17 at 00:18 ] |
