I meant you should be able to find out what's the name of this term "全新风空气处理机组" other people used in that journal. At least you can find a similar one. Sometimes editors are so picky that only the name from their journal can be accepted.

To be honest, I'm not familiar with your field, so I can not judge your idea. Sorry about that...
