恒高拖靶舵机系统的设计
摘  要:为了实现某型掠海恒高拖靶系统的高度控制功能,设计了舵机执行机构和舵回路控制电路。采用螺旋滑动丝杠传动机构,确定了牙形角、公称直径和导程等参数,并计算了螺母和螺纹的长度,验证了机构自锁条件;通过对减速比的计算,选择了合适的减速箱型号;通过对电机功率及速度常数的计算,参照电机样本数据表资料,完成了电机的正确选型,并进行了指标验算;设计了以L292功放模块为直流电机驱动器的舵回路控制电路。实际使用表明设计合理,各项性能满足使用要求。

Design of wing actuator system for height keeping towed target
Abstract:A servo executing agency and the rudder loop control circuit design was designed to achieve height control of a certain sea-skimming keeping height towed target system.Spiral sliding screw spindle drive mechanism is to determine the tooth-shaped angle,nominal diameter and lead,etc. Then verifying the institution's self-locking conditions by calculating the length of the nut and threaded.Next,the gearheads model was choosed by calculating the reduction ratio.At last,motor's model was determined by motor power and speed constants with reference of company sample data sheet information and complete the indicators checking.And the L292 power amplifier module was choosed as the rudder loop control circuit of DC motor drives. The practical application shows that the design is rightness and surely meet the requirements of the performance.

The Design of Constant-height Tow Target Actuator System
Abstract:The executive device actuator and the control circuit actuator loop are designed to achieve height control of certain sea-skimming constant height towed target system. The parameters of the tooth-shaped angle, nominal diameter and lead, etc. are determined and the length of the nut and threaded is calculated to verify the self-locking condition of the mechanism by the adaptation of the Spiral sliding screw spindle drive mechanism. The reducer model is chosen by the calculation of the reduction ratio. And the motor is selected accurately and index calculation is conducted by the calculation of motor power and rate constant and the reference of motor sample data sheet. Finally, the control circuit actuator loop with the DC motor drive of L292 power amplifier module is designed. The practical application shows that the design is reasonable and the performance meets the requirements.
