昨天投了一个SCI杂志，今天就收到了回复，秒挂。。。

请教一下各位虫友，俺是第一次投SCI，昨天投出去，今天就收到了回复如下： Thank you very much for interest in JSIR. However, this paper is more suited to some specialized journals in the field. This is kindly regretted that this MSS cannot be considered for publication in JSIR, since JSIR has to accommodate lot many areas in science, technology and industry in particular, and management in general.
