一般做SERS计算EF时footprint area怎么算

RT,做金属纳米颗粒的SERS,EF计算式里的吸附探针分子Nads里有一项AN也就是纳米颗粒的面积(有的文献称为footprint area),是按表面积还是投影面积计算?例如,半径为R的球形颗粒,按4piR2还是piR2算面积? 希望给出可信的依据,比如文献之类的资料,谢谢! |
