一般做SERS计算EF时footprint area怎么算

RT，做金属纳米颗粒的SERS，EF计算式里的吸附探针分子Nads里有一项AN也就是纳米颗粒的面积（有的文献称为footprint area），是按表面积还是投影面积计算？例如，半径为R的球形颗粒，按4piR2还是piR2算面积？ 希望给出可信的依据，比如文献之类的资料，谢谢！ |
