铝离子探针-审稿意见

（本人做的一个普通铝离子荧光探针）审稿意见如下： 1) The reason for the enhancement of fluorescence upon chelation is attributed to PET in the free ligand being suppressed in the Al complex, but no evidence is presented to support this. Why is only Al capable of suppressing PET? If PET is from a reasonably basic N as shown why does protonation not suppress it? 2) The other metals tested are shown to have little or no effect - why? Do they not coordinate, or do they coordinate and still allow PET? I suggest they test binding constants for other metals and / or test the possibility of PET in other complexes by computational methods. 求教我该如何改啊？ |
