最近看文献的时候，注意了一下人家试验材料是怎么前处理的，发现了有些文献在处理的时候是先研磨，然后称取一定样品加入提取液进行提取。
比如以下文字：
For metabolite extraction, plant material was grinded with mortar and pestle in liquid nitrogen. Metabolites were extracted from the samples (ca. 10 mg) in the 1 mL of
extraction mixture.
液氮研磨都知道怎么做了，快速呱呱呱呱磨成泛白细粉。后面怎么称取呢？样品很容易吸潮的啊。
