各位虫子好， 1， 我想知道是否可以把双极性三极管（NPN 型）的P区换成有机材料？ Question 1, Does some 1 knows if one can make a NPN BJT transistors with organic materials as P region. If we can, in general, what is the thickness (area) of each layer? Could you show me some literatures? 2， 是否有全有机的 NPN 双极性三极管？ Question 2, Are there all-organic bipolar junction transistors. 谢谢各位大侠！.
